I ordered from fermliving.us and had a question about my delivery, which I thought would be simple to sort out. Customer service took a few days to reply, and I ended up having to send another email just to get an answer. Totally fine, I guess, but also... not exactly ideal. The item arrived in good condition and I’m happy enough with it, but the support experience was frustrating. For the price, I expected a faster response. Not a terrible experience, just definitely not great.

I had a good feeling this would be simple to put together, and I’m glad I trusted my instinct. The instructions were clear, everything lined up the way it should, and it took less time than I expected. no complaints

I picked up a few pieces from fermliving.us for my home, they’ve been really easy to take care of. Most of the time I just give them a quick wipe and they look nice again. No annoying maintenance or extra fuss, which I definitely appreciate.

But then I looked back at what I paid and suddenly I was like, okay hold on now. Some of the items definitely feel a bit pricey for what they are. Still, the style is great, so I’d give it 4 stars.

It has a really natural texture and gives off a cozy, understated look in person. I did take off one star because one edge felt a bit rougher than I expected, but overall I’m really happy with it

I stopped by the ferm LIVING showroom last week and, honestly... it was a nice experience. The space felt calm and easy to browse without anyone hovering over me. The staff were friendly, answered my questions, and let me take my time, which I really appreciated. Some of the pieces did feel a bit pricey once I saw them in person, but the quality seemed good. I’d probably go back if I needed some ideas for my apartment.

But wow, the smell was way stronger than I was expecting. I’m not the most patient person with stuff like that, so having to stick it in another room with the windows open for a few days before I could actually use it was annoying.
It’s mostly better now, and I do still like the design, but for the price I really didn’t expect to deal with that much off-gassing. Nice item overall, just not thrilled about the whole waiting-it-out part

It does look nice in my room, so I’ll give it that. But i was expecting it to be just a little bigger based on the pictures. Like, why is it always so hard to tell the actual scale of things online? It’s not a dealbreaker, just slightly smaller than I had in my head...
